UniTrack is intended for users located in Canada. Features, data models, and recommendations are designed based on Canadian academic systems and may not be accurate for users outside Canada.

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using the App, you represent that you are over the age of 13.
All payments, billing, and refunds are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. UniTrack does not issue refunds directly. Users must request refunds through their Apple account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we detect suspicious activity, violations of these Terms, or any other behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the App or other users.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNITRACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
